Marangu Route

The Marangu Route is the oldest Kilimanjaro route as well as the fastest and most affordable way to the summit. The special feature of this route is that you don't spend the night in private tents, but in dormitory-like huts with other hikers. As you climb, you cross different ecological zones that offer fantastic views of the mountain's different landscapes before reaching the snow capped summit.
