A booking becomes binding as soon as Fahamu Safaris has sent a booking confirmation to an email address provided by the customer.

    BOOKING AND CONTRACT

The contract with Fahamu Safaris Ltd is concluded upon written confirmation, which is sent after receipt of a (down) payment and serves as abinding agreement. Customers have the responsibility to review and verifythe accuracy of the confirmation in relation to their booking details. If any discrepancies are noticed, they should be reported as soon as they become known. By making a payment, customers confirm their acceptance of the terms and conditions.
