Day 1: Airport Pickup | Arusha
You will be warmly welcomed at the airport and transferred to your hotel in the city center of Arusha. You can then relax after your long journey or refresh in the hotel pool. During your stay, you can also discuss your expectations and preferences for the trip with your guide. The guide will provide you with valuable information about the wildlife and culture of Tanzania and give you a unique insight into the local lifestyle. So, feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Day 2: Arusha City Tour | Meserani Snake Park
After breakfast you will be picked up for a city walking tour and a trip to Meserani Snake Park. The city tour takes you through the center of Arusha and can be customized in terms of duration and effort to suit your family's needs. Afterwards, visit Meserani Snake Park, a popular attraction near Arusha, where you can see and learn about different species of snakes, reptiles and other wildlife. You will then be transferred to your hotel located close to the national parks of northern Tanzania.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park
Your safari begins with a morning pickup from your hotel. Within an hour’s drive you will arrive at Tarangire, Tanzania's sixth largest national park. Prepare for a full day of game driving amid diverse flora and fauna, including the iconic baobab trees and an enormous elephant population. After the game drive, retreat to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Maasai Cultural Experience | Village Walking
Today you will experience a piece of Tanzanian culture up close. Discover the customs and lifestyle of the Maasai people, known for their unique clothing, jewelry and vibrant cultural traditions. A guided village tour and interactions with Maasai and other locals provide insight into their traditional crafts, dances, rituals and everyday practices like tending their livestock. Afterwards, you will be taken back to your hotel.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Depart early today for Serengeti National Park and enjoy a scenic 3–5 hour drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands. After a delicious lunch at the park entrance, experience a game drive across the plains to central Serengeti, known for its abundant wildlife and scenic Seronera River Valley. Rest, dine and spend the night at your central Serengeti hotel.

Day 6: Serengeti | Full Day Game Drive
Start your day with a morning game drive as you watch the sunrise over the wilderness. As the park awakens, keep an eye out for lions, zebras, giraffes and more. Later, return to your camp for brunch to fuel up for the rest of the day's activities. Afterwards you will go on another game drive before returning to your hotel after an eventful day.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater
Today you will leave the Serengeti and make your way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 600 m into the Ngorongoro Crater to experience the diverse wildlife that calls it home. The yearround water supply and plentiful food make it a perfect habitat. Enjoy lunch in the crater at an idyllic picnic spot before going on a final game drive. Your guide will then transfer you to your hotel located in the beautiful countryside of northern Tanzania.

Day 8: Arusha | Airport Transfer
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be taken back to Arusha. If you have a flight to catch, we will ensure a seamless transfer to the airport. However, if you are not quite ready to bid fare well the wonders of Tanzania, consider adding a family friendly beach holiday to your itinerary. We will be happy to assist you!
